The Fashion team at Amazon is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Senior Category Manager to support the Marketplace growth.
This role offers the unique opportunity to act as category manager for the Fashion product family (Apparel, Shoes, Luggage, Jewelry and Watches) in Spain, while also driving large scale, high visibility projects across a variety of internal teams and with an EU impact.

The Senior Category Manager will have several key responsibilities within the third-party Marketplace side of the Amazon Consumer business, including :
Audit and report on input and output metrics. Possess a complete understanding of variables impacting the business. Work closely with Leadership (European Heads of Seller Services) on strategy planning (including three year plans , yearly operating plans and local action plans) to drive best-in-class Customer experience and grow the business in terms of Gross Margin Sales.
Develop a complete understanding of Customer and Selling Partner needs through data. Use that data to propose innovative initiatives, features and solutions.
Obtain resources to deliver on those. Create business project plans and execute on them. Partner with tech and central teams to drive automation and scalability across the worldwide organization.
Automate and scale the existing category-level opportunities, and roll-out existing EU-wide initiatives. Track results and impact of the projects and communicate to Leadership.
Coach more junior team members supporting in those projects.
Liaise with Selling Partners to obtain anecdotes and data to a drive a continuously improving experience.
