What is the purpose of this role?
Build deep, meaningful and effective relationships with all levels of the retail organisation in the designated region to :
Drive 100% offer rate in stores
Drive attach rate growth
Influence Regional Directors by providing relevant insights and data on the region
Support in the market, by giving sales arguments to the staff on a regular base
Be the face of the company in the designated region, whilst acting as company eyes and ears on the ground

What are the requirements?
Spanish and English in all forms
Driving licence and willingness to travel within region 80% of time
Experience in retail
Dynamic, innovative communication style at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft applications- (EXCEL IS A MUST)
Proven analytical and reporting skills
Strong presenting and public speaking skills
