As a Service Designer you will take a central role in the delivery of projects that blend human, business and technical perspectives.
You will be responsible for inspiring, representing and implementing the human centered design process to create new products and services.
You will represent a different way of working, collaborating in small multidisciplinary teams to figure out what people want and how to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead teams through discovery research, synthesis, ideation, design and testing of new product and / or service concepts.
Create design concepts through flows, customer journeys or / and service blueprints to illustrate all the components and touchpoints of a product and / or service.
Advocate and be the voice of our customer in our product development process.
Design and conduct user research (from ethnography to usability testings) and evaluate user feedback.
Facilitate and develop workshops and co-creation sessions.
Create presentations to executive stakeholders to make creative business recommendations based on customer needs and behaviors and market trends.
Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones.
Cultivate a high-performing, healthy team with authentic communication and continuous coaching.
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Business, Social Science or Psychology or other related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional experience in Service Design (in-house or client-side).
Experience owning a project vision, execution and stakeholders management.
Ability to act independently and being highly accountable for design quality and project delivery.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Experience in creating customer journeys, service blueprints and iterative prototyping.
Experience in conducting empathy interviews, ethnography and / or contextual inquiry, diary studies and / or usability testing.
Strategic thinking based upon user insights and market trends.
Workshop planning and facilitation skills (e.g Design Sprints)
Strong influencing, communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
Hands-on team player.
