About You

  • You’re native in Spanish
  • You're a bilingual English speaker.
  • You have a marketing background
  • You have passion for Digital Marketing and an untamable desire to learn more and become one of the Social Media leaders.
  • Experience in Facebook Ads and other social paid platforms is a plus.
  • About The Role

    You will have the opportunity to work very closely with the country managers and learn how to build successful performance marketing campaigns with extremely high visibility.

    As a Community Manager, some of your functions will include :

  • Opportunity to provide your own and unique ideas to set, plan and implement Global social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Build and manage Fever’s social media profiles, presence and impact!
  • Provide meaningful and engaging content that will create value for our audience.
  • Engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and / or industry.
  • Run regular social campaigns and track their success to analyse results (Twitter chats, to Facebook conversations, etc.
  • Ability to measure our content’s success based on KPIs.

  • Identify relevant influencers and build relationships on social media.
  • Maintain a consistent and coherent editorial calendar.
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers and Design Team to generate the most impactful content to drive traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Analyze brand sentiment and share of voice on social media across various online communities together with the community team.
  • Complete timely qualitative and quantitative analysis / reporting to improve our proposal and contribute to the action plan.
  • Coordinate a team of Community managers.
  • About You

  • You’re native in Spanish and a bilingual English speaker.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • You have previous experience in media, marketing and content management.
  • You have passion for Digital Marketing and Content Edition and an untamable desire to learn more and become one of the Social Media leaders.
  • Experience in Facebook Ads and other social paid platforms is a plus.
