As a Customer Success Manager (Coach),I help Spanish customers to motivate / activate their employees tomake actual and structural use of our online training courses.

Iwork to boost the usage of our online courses by helping ourcustomers to integrate GoodHabitz within their company culture,L&D strategy and internal marketing plan.

I support my Spanishclients to effectively implement GoodHabitz within the organisationby sharing best practices from our extensive European customerbase, suggesting internal marketing campaigns, multichannelevents and communication.

I’m part of an amazing international teamwho supports me with guidance, processes and best practices but I’mhighly independent and proactive in managing my customers toachieve our company objectives.

This iswhat you’ll be doing

You will beresponsible for a group of customers and will be the initial pointof contact for our internal contact persons.

At the start of aprogramme, you will help customers with the implementation phase.You will ensure that as many participants as possible get access tothe online training courses, through driving communicationcampaigns together with the customer.

Afterwards, you will visitthe customers once every three months. You will monitor the usageof the online training courses and discuss the results with yourcontact person.

In consultation with the customer, you willinitiate and organise activities within their organisation, as wellas train-the-trainer sessions (WorkOuts).

These have the aim tomake as many people as possible interested in GoodHabitz' ideas andto encourage the usage of the online training courses within theorganisation.

You will be involved in ongoing sales initiatives aswell as opening new accounts, supporting the team with closing newopportunities.

Requirements

Weare looking for an experienced but, above all, inspiring CustomerSuccess Manager - Coach . This is a very independent job thatsuits an all-around talent with a unique blend of accountmanagement, marketing and people engagement skills.

You are perfect forthis job because

  • You have atleast 7 years of work experience in marketing, account managementand people engagement, or in the L&Dfield.
  • You are an inspiring individual with anaffinity with commerce, IT and our vision on online trainingcourses.
  • You have a fair dose of empathy whichenables you to interact at different levels and be a serious, butpleasant discussion partner for everyone.
  • Youhave an excellent command of Spanish and a good level of English.If you also speak Portuguese would be a plus : -)
  • You are able to work independently andmaintain maximum concentration.
  • You arecustomer-oriented, solution-oriented, able to cope with stress andget a kick out of presenting in front of large groups ofpeople.
