Mission :

  • Understand the needs of the departments and have the capacity to propose Innovative solutions.
  • Support and train users in Local digital solutions that are implemented in Bel Spain that could bring value to the departments (i.
  • e., Reporting Power Bi, Teams or SharePoint.)

  • Look at standard solution used in BEL Group or propose local Solutions Appropriate to the business challenges.
  • Ensure that all Projects are delivered on time and within the Defined Scope.
  • Have the capacity to develop the different phases of the project (Diagrams, Planning chart’s, Programming, and reports) and execute them.
  • Control and manage all the Topic’s related or involving the Spanish IT Department.
  • Maintain the local IT infrastructure in accordance with the central IT standards
  • Main Responsibilities

  • Control all the Asset’s IT in Spain Ensuring the normal operation of all IT Equipment’s
  • Guarantee that all the IT Information are up to date (Program List, GDPR Compliance, CMDB List, etc.)
  • Collaborate in Group Bel Project’s that may come from the central team.
  • Participate on Meetings with interlocutors from the various departments and prepare the necessary supporting documentation.
  • Provide user’s technical support in the Program used in Bel.
  • Applying the standards and procedures foreseen in the Bel Group and in the applicable legislation.
  • Control and give inputs related to the local IT Budget.
  • Implement the Cybersecurity roadmap.
  • Guarantee the infrastructure Network evolution as defined by BEL group guidelines.
  • Liaise with all Project Stakeholders according to the Project specifications.
  • Extract all the potential of the current M365 Licensing Tools linked to the department Needs.
  • Support and Develop in the Factory the ILAN Implementation (Infrastructure and Reporting).
  • Able to translate an operational need to propose a technical solution.
  • Qualifications and Competencies

  • and experience needed to the function :
  • Degree or master’s in computer engineering
  • Minimum 2 / 3 Years’ experience in similar position.
  • knowledge needed to the function :
  • Good analytical skills, critical thinking, and structured reasoning.
  • Good Level of communication in all company levels.
  • Solid knowledge of Technology, Application Architecture and Digital Transformation.
  • Consolidated experience in Microsoft Tools (Power Bi, Power Apps, Teams and SharePoint).
  • Knowledge in data networks (Protocols, VPN, VLAN, structured cabling).
  • Knowledge in Windows Server and Linux.
  • Proficiency in English, Spoken and Written.
