Amazon Marketplace is a large and fast-growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of Selling Partners, who range from individuals to large retailers.
The Seller Services team works with these companies to help them grow their business on the Amazon Marketplace, driving adoption of Fulfillment solutions to deliver the best possible customer experience.
The PanEuropean (PanEU) Fulfillment program is Amazon’s top solution to help Selling Partners boost their exports across Europe, offering the service to pack and ship their products, moving their inventory across Europe, optimizing speed and cost.
In this role you will be responsible for three main work streams : · Program ownership and business development : build and deliver a strategy to meet your team level goals and drive adoption of the program in Spain, understanding key metrics and implementing needle mover initiatives.
In detail, your responsibilities will include : · Work with top accounts to maximize their potential using the PanEuropean (PanEU) program, understanding the levers to grow their business in the Marketplace.
Basic qualifications· 5-8 years' working experience in management consulting, product or program management, business management or sales.
Excellent use of Excel and database analysis· Action and results driven mind-set responsibility for achieving quarterly targets.
Preferred qualification · MBA from top tier institution is highly preferred· Supply chain management, operations and process improvement knowledge is desirable, but not essential· Experience in Retail and / or a technology / eCommerce business preferred but not essential· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects· Knowledge of SQL
