Amazon Marketplace is a large and fast-growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of Selling Partners, who range from individuals to large retailers.

The Seller Services team works with these companies to help them grow their business on the Amazon Marketplace, driving adoption of Fulfillment solutions to deliver the best possible customer experience.

The PanEuropean (PanEU) Fulfillment program is Amazon’s top solution to help Selling Partners boost their exports across Europe, offering the service to pack and ship their products, moving their inventory across Europe, optimizing speed and cost.

In this role you will be responsible for three main work streams : · Program ownership and business development : build and deliver a strategy to meet your team level goals and drive adoption of the program in Spain, understanding key metrics and implementing needle mover initiatives.

  • Team Management : lead a team of highly motivated account managers, and support their professional development by identifying and creating opportunities for them to build their skill set.
  • Product Management : work with several sales, operations and product teams across EU, supporting feature development and maximizing revenue generation across Amazon's PanEuropean offering.
  • In detail, your responsibilities will include : · Work with top accounts to maximize their potential using the PanEuropean (PanEU) program, understanding the levers to grow their business in the Marketplace.

  • Manage and develop a team of account managers to achieve sales goals to drive adoption of the PanEuropean program, expanding the use of the service internationally, adding Prime selection and growing commitment.
  • In close cooperation with the 3P Fulfillment leaders, develop the strategic direction of the recruiting and account management activities, specify them in a roadmap and own the implementation of the goals of your team.
  • Analyze performance of your team’s portfolio, and the results of your employees to take measures to optimize results if necessary.
  • Create business review documents including the necessary analysis and implementation plans, to guide relevant stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop, initiate and take responsibility for projects to grow our prime services and optimize processes, coordinating with EU business leaders.
  • Basic qualifications· 5-8 years' working experience in management consulting, product or program management, business management or sales.

  • A strong background in business / program management is required, or related experience that demonstrates strong project leadership skills, including results delivery, analytics and stakeholder management· Track record in people management· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Strong analytical skills with the ability and appetite to get deep into the data when required.
  • Excellent use of Excel and database analysis· Action and results driven mind-set responsibility for achieving quarterly targets.

    Preferred qualification · MBA from top tier institution is highly preferred· Supply chain management, operations and process improvement knowledge is desirable, but not essential· Experience in Retail and / or a technology / eCommerce business preferred but not essential· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects· Knowledge of SQL
