Job role :
In this role, you will be challenged with continuing to innovate and advance the way Auctree runs its marketplace operations.
You will be responsible for designing our operating model and driving major cross-functional projects. You will be finding solutions to some of the toughest and most exciting questions to improve our processes and drive their implementation.
The role is predominantly project-based , with a focus on high-impact business projects. You will be leading a dynamic team of Associates and report to the Head of Operations.

Auctree’s three-sided marketplace (of consumers, a network of field agents and investment funds) operates in a complex manner, with very short selling timeframes, serving millions of consumers hyper-locally in nearly every corner of Spain.
Operating the network at scale in a high growth environment is no mean feat, as such you will be faced with some of the most exciting problems across the real estate tech space.
You will work closely with local operations teams, product and data to drive cross-functional projects across a variety of business areas.
The scale of the opportunity ahead of us is immense. The Spanish distressed real estate market is valued at +€200 billion but only 1% of it is currently online.
