Reporting into the EMEA project management organization, you will have responsibility for all aspects of planning and delivering CloudBlue service transition and professional services projects to our customers whilst ensuring the long-
term success of strategic customers. Candidates are expected to have a working knowledge of technology and be comfortable in defining and executing technical delivery plans on project and program level.
Candidates must be able to understand, plan and manage all aspects of work needed to successfully define, develop and test platforms, solutions and services in the SaaS and XaaS domain, bring them into production and operationally transfer to the client including change management and service delivery projects.
Candidates must demonstrate experience in working all aspects of professional services delivery including :

Work in Presales together with the Account Manager to identify and close opportunities in both existing customers and new prospects + Determine scope needed to deliver solution + Reconcile and negotiate scope with sales and customers + Provide and execute contractual framework
Successfully initiate projects internally and externally + Develop and communicate project plan + Lead kickoff and launch the project
Manage a portfolio of ongoing delivery projects + Manage a portfolio of software development and delivery projects + Plan and manage ongoing work and lead cross-
functional teams + Regular reporting to customers and internal stakeholders on technical and commercial level + Manage and resolve ongoing delivery issues
Actively drive service transition projects + Change management + Migration projects + Multi-factory coordination
Maintain project administration functions + Ensure PSA system and project database integrity + Support audit and revenue recognition requirements
Contribute to Project Management and Delivery body of knowledge + Build or contribute to tools, techniques and methodology* BS / BA degree required, MS / MA / MBA preferred
5+ years of experience as Project Manager in a technology provider delivering professional services
Experience working with solutions involving software development, especially in Cloud Services, SaaS and hosting
Understanding of markets, business models and technology trends in the cloud services domain
Experience in managing remote / geographically distributed teams
Understanding end to end processes used by companies to acquire, implement, deploy strategic software technology solutions
Formal Certificate in Project Management PMI / Prince2 or similar certification is a strong asset
Consulting and / or service delivery experience is an asset
Readiness to travel 50%
Very strong oral and written English communication abilities.
Additional European languages are an asset
Ability to share excitement, motivate and enable staff externally and internally
Excellent communication skills
Delivery experience spanning from mid-market accounts to large enterprise accounts in the Telco space is preferable
