We are looking for an enthusiastic French Social Media Specialist who will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and develop our French social media strategy & activity on social media with the aim of driving engagement and building an audience & community.
  • Monitor the company's social media French accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
  • Work closely with our creative team to put great copy at the heart of our design creatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency through tone, voice and terminology across all our communications on social media.
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer scene in France.
  • Identifying influencers & content creators aligned with the brand.
  • Develop and execute an influencer outreach plan and timeline that supports the company
  • strategy and objective.

  • Responsible for negotiating with talents / influencer agencies.
  • Building outstanding working relationships with our ambassadors
  • Becoming their day to day contact ensuring that they have an amazing experience.
  • Analyze and track our ambassador partnerships, including ensuring KPIs are being achieved and
  • requirements are met.

  • Collaborate efficiently with internal teams in order to achieve monthly KPI.
  • Requirements :

  • Native French speaker
  • Knowledge of the target country and culture (France)
  • 2 years demonstrated community management experience
  • Good knowledge of Forums and of Social Networks, User Groups and when to leverage
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in French and English. French should be your mother tongue. Spanish as additional languages an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in a cross-cultural (including virtual) community setting
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
