We are now looking for a General Manager to act as a mini CEO’ for Eative, grow it to its full potential and build a product our users will love even more
Main tasks
Oversee all aspects of Eative operations, from product development and marketing, to customer service and content creation.
We work with transversal teams, so not every team will be directly under your line management, but you will have large influence in their priorities and strategies
Elaborate and execute the short, medium and long term strategy for the division, making sure every activity gets planned accurately and efficiently
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including founders, C-Suite, suppliers, support teams and so on
Fully own the Eative P&L, and work closely with the central finance team on forecasting, budgeting, and hitting financial targets
Be the face of Eative, and potentially be ready to pitch to external investors or VCs together with the Executive team
Create an open and honest environment where teams are empowered to solve problems working together, show supportive leadership and mentorship to an array of specialists including Product Directors, Product managers, content creators and technical experts
Be involved in the creation and execution of the product roadmap, keeping in mind the needs and feedback of the user base, and being able to build teams based on the roadmap itself
Requirements
Your entrepreneurial mindset. We need someone who understands and ideally has experience in the startup ecosystem and has taken a small startup to the next level
A pragmatic approach. You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty if you have to, and your approach to work is autonomous and transparent
You have innate leadership skills and are able to easily build connections with people, you create a positive and inspiring environment where teams thrive and challenge each other positively
You have demonstrated experience in building and scaling successful consumer products, as a head of product or as an executive in a startup
Although it’s not a must, it’s helpful if you have experience in the health or fitness industry
