Summary of the role

We are looking for a professional with a technical background and commercial skills in Software sales and presales to ensure that Corporations make best use of Amadeus technology and increase the use of the Amadeus tools.

Also, represent Amadeus Spain in forums.

Main responsibilities

Account Management (50% of the time) :

  • Create strategic and tactical sales and account plans and guide the extended Sales team in implementing them to maximize revenue and growth.
  • Software and Services sales oriented : Call on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and price quotes.
  • Meet assigned sales quotas by acquiring new customer accounts and renewing and growing existing relationships.
  • Accurately forecast and close sales in alignment with company goals.
  • Guarantee the customer adoption and usage of product sold in current accounts, working in cooperation with Marketing and Delivery Managers.
  • Presales Management (50% of the time) :

  • Provide technical solutions for RFP, RFI demand.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Deliver Product demo presentations.
  • Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new product
  • Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on presales activities
  • Represent Amadeus

  • Represent Amadeus Spain in local forums.
  • Deliver sales presentations to senior management, including travel managers financial and purchasing managers at the client headquarters.
  • Deliver and present Amadeus proposal to client.
  • Ensure fit between proposal and clients expectations.
  • Internal Reporting & Knowledge Sharing

  • Provide weekly and monthly planning and reporting on activities to Team Leader.
  • Feed CPM with the relevant information of each visit as well as the status of each customer.
  • Transmit relevant client, market and competitor information, as well as product functionality requirements to the Head.
  • Requirements

    3 to 5 years in similar positions

    University degree (Business or Engineering)

    Fluent in English and in Spanish
