The JMC Digital Analytics Specialist will be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Customer Interaction Analytics and will be paramount for Janssen to ensure the Janssen Medical Cloud (JMC) ecosystem is supported by a strong analytics foundation.
Jansen Medical Cloud (JMC) is an EMEA Content Management System offered to our operating companies which allows them to build websites targeted to HCP’s in a harmonized and compliant way.
Next to offering content the platform also offers a range of services, integrated with our marketing and CRM systems, aimed to facilitate the daily clinical decision processes of our Health Care Professionals.
He / she will partner with regional and country experts to build an aligned monitoring and insight generation approach for Janssen Medical Cloud.
He / she will be crucial to support the organization to fully take advantage of the new JMC solution from an analytics perspective and to make JMC the cornerstone of Janssen’s Multichannel Ambition
In close collaboration with the EMEA Digital Analytics Manager and critical stakeholders, develop an aligned and holistic performance monitoring framework and solution for the Janssen Medical Cloud starting from the existing monitoring dashboards
Ensures the proper reporting set-up across EMEA and the right connections between JMC and our digital ecosystem
Supports and fully aligns with the EMEA Digital Analytics Manager on the digital analytics ambition in the context of JMC
Paves the way towards HCP-based recommendations by ensuring maximum insights from JMC
Develops roadmap and communication plan on JMC analytics and aligns with Digital Analytics Manager on budget and deployment requirements
Works with technical teams for JMC to ensure the readiness of our technical infrastructure to deliver according to the defined roadmap
Transfers knowledge & drives the roll-out of new and existing analytical solutions to the organization by maintaining a core set of training materials
Pro-actively looks for innovative analytical methods and solutions beyond the classic dashboards
Will ensure full compliance with company and market regulations and processes of all Business Intelligence activities in collaboration with the Head of Compliance, with HCBI, PV and Legal partners in the organization.
Bachelors or master degree in a related field with strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required (business, economics / econometrics, engineering, operations research, applied mathematics, statistics)
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, core business questions and related data sets
Experience with digital health solutions for HCPs
Experience in Digital / Multichannel Analytics with 2+ years of experience working in a digital / marketing / multichannel analytics role (a track record of customer journey analytics and / or marketing automation solution is a plus)
Has worked with internal CRM data and external digital analytics sources (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Experience with API feeds and data ingestion across digital channels
