Directly reporting to the Corporate Director of Communication, Public Affairs and Sustainability (Member of Broad Executive Committee of SIEMENS GAMESA -
SGRE), responsible for Siemens Gamesa’s Global Public affairs :
Together with the Corporate Director to whom report, responsible for the design of the strategy of the institutional positioning & lobbying of the Group in order to strengthen ties with major stakeholders at the global level, to enable compliance with the Business Plan and reinforce the reputation of the Company.
Coordination with regional PA team and management. Push for strategic alignment of all Siemens Gamesa regions within the Corporate PA strategy.
Protect Company reputation by surveilling and proactively / reactively answering any challenges that the Company may face.
Continuous surveillance of potential membership-speaking slots at Global Leading Institutions to reinforce Corporate Global leading positioning.
Attendance to sectorial / international Conferences.
Representative of the Company in Sectorial and Institutional Associations (Board / General Assembly Level)
Preparation of briefings for the top management of the Company together with regulatory department review of Policy statements of Multilateral Organizations / Think Tanks in which Siemens Gamesa participates.
Monitor proceedings of National / Supranational Parliaments and provide analysis of these for senior staff members
By delegation of Corporate Director of Communication, Public Affairs and Sustainability, Voice&face of the Company with International, National and Local Politicians
Establish regular contact with politicians, political advisers, civil servants, non-departmental public bodies or regulators to keep them informed about the organization’s work and policy concerns.
Organize or attend regular meetings with these stakeholders, representing their organization and forging contacts with key decision-
makers. Report back to colleagues on the content of such meetings and arrange follow-up submissions
Control of Siemens Gamesa s membership to Associations and "control" of corporate messages to be deployed
Interaction with Comms for 360 approach of Public Affairs activities
4-5 years of University Studies in Laws
Postgraduate in Phsycology, Humanities and Politics
Skills & Other Requirements
Excellent writing and speaking skills
High level of English and Spanish
At least 10 years experience in a multinational company
Great networking skills
People management skills
