How you will spend your time as our next Customer Service Analyst

  • Incident and Service Request Handling
  • Register and classify service requests received through live chat, mail and portals
  • Provide first level support using existing processes, knowledge manuals or other reference materials
  • Resolve live chat inquiries with known solutions
  • Provide feedback and update knowledge articles
  • You will be successful if you are

  • Resilience to stress and constant changes
  • Multicultural Customer Service competency
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and German required
  • Strong service acumen in a business environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done
  • Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Work with MS environment (Windows, Office)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Englishmandatory.
  • Any additional language is an advantage
  • You will thrive if you have

  • Worked with a CRM product (Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Previous work experience in service delivery
