About the role
This role will take leadership of Grey Goose across Iberia cluster with specific responsibility or developing and delivering annual marketing plans that deliver integrated customer and consumer programs to deliver healthy brand growth for now and the future of the brand.
In this role you will manage a team across the cluster and be accountable for engaging senior leadership and the wider business in the vision and strategy for Grey Goose in Iberia.
In addition you will be a key representative of the European business at a Global marketing levelSpecific responsibilities include :
Design of the regional marketing strategy and implementation of the action plan across Iberia
Lead and development of creative workstream including adaptation of Global campaign to dark market constraints
Accountable for P&L management (>
30M$ net sales) and budget monitoring (>
Management and talent development of a 2-Brand Manager team across the region
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
Building annual plans and programming that puts the consumer at the heart of everything we do
Working closely with CPA & Commercial Teams to ensure full TTL deliver of programming to drive sales and equity gains.
Development of dark market comms in partnership with the Global team
Leading local media, PR, experiential agencies to ensure we deliver innovative, industry leading activities that drive brand equity and desire
Build effective relationships and excitement within the organization with all stakeholders to ensure engagement leading to project delivery and always maximizing the innovation opportunity.
Ensuring clear M&E for plans and programming
Full P&L responsibility ensuring its delivered to budget
Measures of success
Delivery of healthy’ brand growth in support of the Iberia P&L
Drive step change in brand equity and recruitment scores
Pioneering connections strategy and local interpretation of the global creative idea
Lead the growth in cocktail to table’ strategy to deliver new sources of growth in partnership with cross functional CPA, commercial and advocacy teams
Clear development and progress
Demonstrate understanding of the challenges in each market within the Iberia cluster to create bespoke plans to deliver growth for the future
Strong relationship across the business with the CLT
Critical experiences for success
To be successful in this role you will have / be :
5+ years marketing experience
Previous experience working in international markets with specific focus on the Iberia region
Proven people and team leadership and development capabilities
Solutions orientated with a passion to drive and deliver results
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated aptitude turning data and information into actionable insights.
Demonstrated leading the development and execution of annual brand strategy
Demonstrated excellence in execution in previous roles
Demonstrated success in complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
Comfortable in working with ambiguity and change
Great at communicating and motivating cross-functional teams, vendors, agencies to deliver
