We are searching for a AWS Solution Architect with several years of experience architecting solutions across a wide variety of business verticals and use cases.

The main task will be to help design and / or review clients architectures on AWS, being able to identify GAPS and propose new technical alternatives to evolve the architecture.

The candidate must know the best practices and core strategies for architecting systems in the AWS cloud. -Experience on defining AWS Architecture Framework through the following pillars-

operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization -With the capability to create architectures and to follow best AWS practices.

Will help other teams gain these capabilities and be able to review their designs and help them understand what AWS best practices are.

The candidate will be able to determine and the root cause of unplanned events and unexpected impacts from planned events.

  • Experience in routine operations, as well as on responses to unplanned events, that should be automated. Able to define and execute a rollback plan, or the ability to mitigate failure impacts.
  • Experience in aligning metrics to business needs so that responses are effective at maintaining business continuity -Able to define and implement continuous delivery build, test, and deployment activities that work with a variety of source code, build, testing, and deployment tools from AWS and third parties.
  • Experience in AWS security including the ability to define and execute the technology solutions to protect information, systems, and assets while delivering business value through risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Define and Implement the minimum number of architecture standards for workloads. Balance the cost to implement a standard against the benefit to the workload and the burden upon operations.
  • Reduce the number of supported standards to reduce the chance that lower-than-acceptable standards will be applied by error.

  • Experienced in using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) for assigning roles and groups for users and resources; and managed network security using IAM and Security Groups.
  • Experienced in using Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) and Auto Scaling for designing High availability environment for Application servers and database servers on EC2.
  • Design and execute Migration plans for workloads from any platform to AWSand / or using workload migration tools to AWS All of our professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.

  • Desirable requirements : -AWS certified -Experience in AWS Security Cloud : IAM MFA, AWS CloudTrail, AWS Config, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon VPC, ELB, Amazon Elastic Block Store (Amazon EBS), Amazon S3, Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS), Amazon Macie, AWS Key Management Service (AWS KMS), CloudFormation.

  • SAFE or any AGILE (scrum master, product owner, etc.) certification provided -Worked and experience on BIG-Data Platforms -
  • Worked on Docker container and microservices. -Experience in working and / or developing on DevOps -Ability to develop technical roadmaps, data migration approaches to successfully complete the projects.

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment -Desire to work in an information systems environment -
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Professional Skill Requirements, + Companies contracted to perform background screenings, where applicable.

    These companies may be based in another country, and may obtain data from other countries where you have lived, worked or studied, as may be relevant as part of a background check.
