We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager - Foods to join our MarketingFoods department in our Barcelona office.

TheSenior Brand Manager is the owner of the Brand in the Op.Co. Leads thedevelopment of the national Brand Marketing Plan, within the category planguidelines, to meet company goals.

Leads a multifunctional team to implementthe plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans.Participates in various cross-

functional teams NRM, CMI, CCP, Regional BrandTeams and externally with local support agencies such as PR, sponsorship,activation and channel.

Youalso bring perspective on performance against monthly target and respond tocategory gaps or activation requirements identified through the CCBT.


  • Takes the BVP and translates it into the BMP.

  • Leads integrated Brand Marketing Plan development anddeployment :
  • Brand audit, Jobs to be done, 8Qactivity plans,Scorecards & in-market pricing.
  • Proposes brand activity and measurable objectives
  • Responsible for the brand P&L & help driveprofitability of the brand.
  • With Customer Development, sets national level brandKPI’s and channel marketing strategy and identify relevant in-store solutions.
  • Engage with key customers alongside CD.
  • Leads the development of draft and final channel plans
  • Activates campaign ideas in the national market
  • Monitors brand performance to implement appropriateplan changes.
  • Responsible for Brand Communications : Checkingtranslation of advertising into local language and adaptation to comply withlocal regulations, Activation advertising / tactical local copy, allocation of mediabudget within AP parameters, PR & Sponsorship.
  • Provides inputto volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators anddrivers of brand performance (6P’s).
  • Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.

  • Helps coaching of Brand Building Assistant Manager inBrand Building skills and competencies.
  • Develop and execute Category / Brand building plans
  • Lead multi-functional innovation project teams
  • Lead full mix development for 20 / 10 innovationprojects from Charter to Post Launch
  • Grow COTC through increased penetration

  • Responsible for launch management; building launchplans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS), Customer sell-
  • in andlegal & regulatory issues.


  • University degree, with an emphasis in business
  • 5 yearsrelevant, progressive marketing experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analyticalabilities, organizational skills and creativity.
  • Project management and strong knowledge of financialsis also required.
  • Business planning and implementation experience.
  • Passionate, energetic, results driven individual withproven leadership abilities.
  • Proficient Level of English as a Language.
