Technician with solid experience (at least 3 years) in an analytic department.
University studies degree or equivalent or similar qualification by experience
High knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ).
High Level English Language (written and spoken).
Experience in HR functions.
Good notions of Spanish Labour regulation
Design, implement, manage and evaluate different compensation systems and elements.
Contextualize the role of Comp&Ben as a strategic tool in the field of business, watching their interaction with other functions and HR processes.
Identify key indicators of compensation that are currently used for analysis and compensation studies.
Analyze corporate profits as compensation element of the compensation package of employees and know their legal employment and tax treatment as compensation in kind.
Define the concept of Emotional Compensation and manage social benefits.
Study the legal employment and taxation of different types of remuneration and compensation elements treatment.
Coordinate the participation of the company in benchmark studies. Update job descriptions and job matching.
