We are looking for a Technical Lead to support and transform the financial systems, collaborating in building the appropriate foundations for scaling the company operations worldwide.
Responsible for overall technical coordination and working closely with business clients, analysts and IT teams.
In this position you will be responsible for enabling the accounting and finance team to improve business performance, operational effectiveness and efficiency through the adoption, implementation and evolution of a cloud ERP.
This role will require some knowledge of accounting and finance processes and a technical background to be able to successfully communicate and partner both with the business and IT team members.

The Technical Lead for ERP Implementation is well versed with all phases of the system lifecycle, including systems analysis, business process design, configuration, development, testing, end user training, and go-
live activities as well as post go-live system and end user support.
As a key member of cloud ERP implementation team you will be responsible for development of technology solutions and map the business requirements to cloud ERP to ensure that the requirements are in line with the best practices followed in industry and the specific cloud ERP.
Provide expert consulting in cloud ERP system to the finance and operations team to identify and satisfy the business needs.
Partner with business and technical teams to develop strategies and plans for solution design and implementation involving cloud ERP.
Participate in business requirement gathering sessions.
Review, interpret, and respond to detailed business requirements to ensure alignment between customer expectations and cloud ERP capabilities
Check the feasibility of solution and functional fitment as per requirements.
Develop the system design documents to fit the different business scenarios
Drive the development, review, and implementation of cloud ERP solutions according to system design documents.
Work with implementation team for functional and technical inputs and configuration
Configure and deliver the system deliverables as per the design document.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.
Develop training documents and conduct training class for global accounting business processes.
Provide support for month end close and post-deployment phase.
Implementation team task management.
Project reporting to stakeholders and upper management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, or computer science.
An excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Professional Services Management.
Must have ERP and CRM software implementation experience preferred in solutions like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Concur...
Minimum 2 years of cloud ERP experience with overall 4 to 5 years of experience in ERP domain
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in system implementation at a global organization with international operations is a must.
Excellent management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Good team management skills
Capacity to be a listener and interpersonal skills to be a team player collaborating in driving decisions.
Technical savvy with curiosity and capacity for continuous learning and have a vision for the future.
Experience with SQL, or other code languages.
