As part of the Client Services Department, the Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in the business and is pivotal to the effective planning and smooth running of digital marketing engagements with some the world's biggest retail brands.

You will have a good understanding of all areas of digital marketing (SEO, SEM and Social Media). You will be client focused and possess good communication, organization and time management skills to manage both clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality and profitability.

The position reports to the Digital Account Director and assists with :

  • Advising global brands on international SEO and global social media best practices within the retail industry
  • Auditing websites and social profiles and defining effective digital and content strategies to hit traffic and conversion goals
  • Briefing and supervising execution of digital marketing and content projects by our global production teams
  • Monitoring SEO, social and digital content performance and presenting recommendations based on data
  • Developing proposals for new business and nurturing existing client relationships within the retail vertical* University degree in fashion, marketing, communications or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in the retail industry (fashion preferable)
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, Social Media)
  • Experience in web content development, product copywriting and / or CRO a plus
  • Experience with Content Management Systems also a plus
  • Experience managing and servicing international accounts desired
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Can do attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Native Italian with fluent Spanish and English language skills
  • Strong IT literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint. Use of SEO tools, Google Adwords and Google Analytics.
