IT Consultant- 1st level - Norwegian Norwegian Norwegian is the sixth largest low-cost carrier in the world with around 9,000 dedicated colleagues.

8s, Boeing 787 Dreamliners, Airbus A320neos and Airbus 321 Long Range aircraft. Job description

  • Prepare, install and maintain all data, pc and telephony device for end users.
  • Replace, update, configure the workstations (Newcomers, departures, internal moves)
  • Be the 1st Level Support to the internal customer according to agreed service level
  • Control and manage stock of devices and relationship with providers
  • Answer requests by email, telephone and personal attendance at HQ, Barcelona.
  • Keep all IP phones, printers, computers, meeting room equipment under control.
  • Receive, register, classify and prioritize inquiries
  • Make an initial assessment of all inquiries based on agreed service level, making a first approach to the solution before proceeding with second / third line’s help.
  • Follow up and escalate inquiries according to agreed service level
  • Keep users and customers informed about status and progress Qualifications
  • Higher education is an advantage
  • Experience delivering service to large companies, at least 3 years
  • Experience at the Help / Service Desk
  • Knowledge of Office 365, AD and Windows OS Personal qualities
  • Speak and write English very well
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and service-oriented
