Provide technical and functional support in the project management activities of the area of Support Systems in Customer Services for the Ground Support Systems of the different platforms.
The technical and functional support requires aircraft specific knowledge as well as product life cycle understanding to be applicable in the definition and execution of the related projects.
Tareas y Misiones principales - Responsabilidades
In-Service Support by providing technical and functional performing project activities in the following aspects :
Technical Requirement Management (Capture, Definition, Follow-up, etc )
Definition of business and operational procedures in coordination with Engineering
Support to the project manager in the project quotation, planning, and control
Support to the project manager in the coordination activities that involve several areas of the company as well as the customer
Ground Support Systems (GSS) management : Engineering Support System (ESS) / Mission Support system (MSS) / Ground Loading Unit (GLU)
Management and relationship with suppliers / customers internally and externally
Installation, commissioning, support and administration from the operating system to any complex architecture / application (eg GSS)
Knowledge Management & Communication in the following context :
Promotes Information / Knowledge Management initiatives. Responsible for the technical definition and supervisor of the development and maintenance
of tools for the management of information / knowledge in the Customer Information Services Department
Support in the coordination with the rest of the Domains and Directorates the training activities to the Customer Services Management personnel for
knowledge and use of these tools
Health and Usage Monitoring System & Predictive Maintenance for MRTT, C-295 (Fixed Wing Search and Rescue - Canada)
