Here's how this role will help : Reporting to the Hospital and Biosimilars Unit Director, the Hospital & Biosimilars Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution and control of all marketing activities related to Hospital Biosimilars in Spain, following guidelines of the pan-

European Brand strategy. He / she will work in close collaboration wit the Sales Team Manager and Sales Team, Medical Manager, Portfolio Manager and other areas in the Company to achieve the brands objectives.

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :

  • Strategic and tactical brand planning.
  • Short and long-term forecasting and P&L following market research and analysis.
  • Leadership of the cross-functional brand team (Medical, Market Access, Operations, etc.)
  • Training of and support to Sales Team.
  • Planning and execution of marketing activities and materials : promotional materials, congresses and meetings, advertising, communication...
  • Effectively communicate with multiple departments across the organization at local and regional levels to help with the successful completion of key duties.
  • Contact with KOL's and relevant stakeholders in the specialized Oncology / Immunology fields.
  • The requirements are :

  • Life Science Bachelor’s degree (i.e. Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine...), and / or Business School degree
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
  • Five years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing in Hospitals / Biologics (Biosimilars preferred)
  • Two years of experience in Sales preferred (ideally in Hospital sales)
