The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both local stores and with the biggest brands to display them on our platform.
You will be a key member in the sales operations team, working hand-by-hand with VP of Sales and Global Head of Sales Operations.
Your mission will be to help to evolve towards a 2.0 sales team. At Glovo, it is in our DNA to do more with less and your job will be to optimize the sales department across all markets.
You will :
Define and set strategy for new sales projects and revenue streams
Support to establish adequate KPIs in order to measure performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented strategies
Support the creation and roll-out of new projects in the organization
Keep a close eye on each of the projects’ P&L to take action
Perform all specific analysis for new projects
Be aware of new trends in the industry and innovative business models worldwide
Be the first responsible for all innovation that will occur in the sales team at a global level
2 years of experience working with or at on-demand delivery companies
Ability to adapt and perform 360º analysis on each market with a competitive approach
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
Have excellent communication skills, data-driven and detail oriented
Self-starter and hands-on who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects
