ForceManager is seeking hungry and talented Sales Development Representatives for the mexican market.

You are a hunter and not scared of making calls - you are always on search mode for Decision Makers, don’t take a no’ for an answer, you are not afraid to cold call, you have a consultative approach with prospects, you have firm perseverance, you use engaging sales techniques and you have a proven track record of quota overachievement.

You have experience connecting with Decision Makers and setting meetings with them.

Responsibilities :

Identify, qualify and engage with potential leads for specific market segments in your territory

Make a high volume of outbound calls a day, supported with email campaigns and social selling

Overcome objections and develop sales tactics to accelerate the sales cycle

Meet or exceed a target of minimum 15 meetings a month

Required skills :

B2B Sales experience (2 years minimum), preferably in the software subscription business or CRM / ERP

Able to work late shifts (3pm to 11pm) from Monday to Friday

Passionate about calling and building new relationships with customers

Ability to conduct research and think critically

Excellent organization skills; ability to segment and prioritize prospects in a vast territory

Energetic disposition and articulate communicator

Dynamic and persuasive

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree

EU passport or eligible to work in Spain
