    The Project Manager will partner with several Workstream Leaders and Workstream Teams to deliver One Programme Workstream objectives and also support the broader programme to its stated goals.

    This will include supporting planning, implementation and tracking of WS integration incl Target Operating Model and Synergies

    The role sits in the IMO of One Programme within the PMO

    The IMO provides support to deliver programme objectives including

  • Setting up and implementation of governance approach
  • Steering Committee Meetings
  • Weekly WS Meetings
  • Review of Weekly WS Status Reports
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Interdependencies
  • Implementation Planning & daily tracking (incl use of GET Excellence Tool)
  • Workshops and Key Meetings
  • Maintain programme governance approved methodology
  • Key stakeholder management and co-ordination
  • Responsibilities :

  • Lead the project management approach and support the WS Lead to plan, track and manage the achievement of WS objectives this will include TOM and synergies
  • Provide regular WS reporting and task updating in GET excellence tool
  • Proactively identify issues and risks and support mitigation and resolution
  • Lead preparation and facilitation of Workshops and Key Meetings
  • Co-ordinate and prepare content for Steering Committee Meetings and other key meetings
  • Candidate profile :

  • Education : University degree (Tourism will be desirable
  • Project management qualifications
  • At least 8-10 years advanced / excellent level of working on large projects and programmes with similar characteristics i.
  • e. developing new TOM for entire business and major synergy business case underpinning integration

  • Experience in working in global companies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to work across all levels of organisation
  • Merger integration experience (not essential but desirable)
  • Working in a private equity backed business (not essential but desirable)
