Service Operations Coordinator will work in a high performance team technically guaranteeing stability and continuity of the most critical service of the company.

This team has clear roles, effective processes and provides a great team ambiance. Applicants must be team-oriented, and posess strong technical skills, (it is important to have a technical background, since you must collaborate in the definition of customer services and understand the systems that support them at a low level : Middleware, Systems, Databases, Communications, etc.)

Main Responsibilities :

  • Control and continuous improvement of the operation management processes (incidents, requests, changes, problems, control service levels) according to ITIL standards.
  • Participation in the definition and monitoring of service levels. Management of continuous improvement.
  • Documentation of processes / services.
  • External supplier’s management : tracking, measurement of SLAs.
  • Service Assurance 24x7
  • Required Qualifications :

  • University degree in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering with project manager Training.
  • Minimum B2 level of English.
  • Demonstrated at least 2 years of experience exercising similar functions and managing teams and projects.
  • Management knowledge / configuration of ITSM tools : Remedy, Jira, Confluence, TrueSight, GitLab, is highly valued.
  • Availability to be on duty.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Training in service management : ITIL (ITIL certification will be assessed) and project management.
  • Knowledge of paradigms / programming languages : Object orientation, SOA, etc. / Java, .Net, SQL.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable working closely with technical and business users.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must be a self-starter as well as a good team player.
  • Experience with traditional and agile development methodology.
  • Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary and fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with development methodologies, tools and modelling languages.
