Our Industry Relations team needs a talented & motivated experienced Sales Executive to develop our portfolio of employers in Northern Europe (Germany, The Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, etc.

You will be focusing on bringing more key potential employers to the hosco platform. Here is what your job will look like : -

Identifying key target clients in each country of your assigned Market - Thinking strategically and contribute to the establishment of the strategic plan together with your manager -

Responsible for the sales results and achievement of set KPI's - Arrange and set up a proper agenda for your sales trips (at least 1 trip per month) -

Active sales towards the shortlisted targets via cold calling, visits, mailings? - Ensure rapid and efficient revenue growth of the Industry department, guaranteeing a sufficient pipeline of on-

going leads - Manage the portfolio of existing accounts making sure they are aware about all the functionalities and recruitment tools available for them You will be reporting to the Senior Industry Manager, based in Barcelona as well and part of a young and dynamic team!* You must be fluent in German & English

  • You must have previous experience in sales and / or the Hospitality or Tourism industry (at least 1-2 years)
  • You need to able to relocate to Barcelona (our office is great!)
  • You need to enjoy travelling on your own
  • You need to enjoy working with people, not be afraid of following up 100 times (that's what it takes sometimes to get the deal done!)
  • Experience in the digital field is highly appreciated!
  • You must be eligible to work in the EU
