The person would ideally be based in CASTILLA LEON area with a flexibility to travel regularly within North of Spain. The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for Customer Installations, Servicing, Annual Calibrations, Customer Training and Site-

Surveys for the Digital Food Safety (DFS) System. Therefore, we would be looking for someone with the following profile : Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead installations of the DFS System, while training colleagues and customers on how to operate it
  • Customer service and retention, installation and maintenance of all Ecolab systems at customer sites
  • Be the subject matter expert and point of customer contact for the DFS System in country, channeling up- and downstream communications
  • Organize roll-out schedules and yearly calibration visits
  • Support a "can do" culture in terms of responding to customer needs
  • Produce written reports and documentation Minimum Qualifications :
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in relevant environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Technical affinity required, electrical / technical / basic IT qualification preferred
  • Excellent communication and social skills, to train internal and external resources
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstration of good attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet targets and to cope under demanding pressure
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn on the go and develop quickly
  • Driver's License* 1-3 years of previous experience in relevant environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
