Our client, Value Retail, owner of the centre Las Rozas Village (Las Rozas de Madrid), needs to incoporate :

1. SALES CONSULTANT :

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of the boutique, delivering an excellent guest

experience and will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store

Job responsibilities

  • Greet guests immediately upon entering the boutique with a smile
  • Create a positive first and last impression for guests by showing an energetic attitude
  • and by adhering to the brand’s dress code and grooming requirements

  • Advise guests about current and relevant information on the products, collections and the brand,
  • providing product advice offering alternatives and upselling additional products

  • Complete duties assigned by the management in a satisfactory manner
  • The ideal candidate

  • Passionate about the brand and customer service
  • Is flexible and works well with colleagues and management to accomplish duties
  • Is comfortable following procedure
  • Performs housekeeping duties as required
  • Meets or exceeds the set goals
  • Shows a positive attitude towards the products and the brand
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Required qualifications

  • Be passionate about the brand, dynamic and with a strong motivation
  • Friendly and helpful approach
  • Experience will be valued but passion for retail will be fundamental
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Language skills : Fluent in English or French and other languages are desirable
  • Microsoft Office skills are desirable
  • Must have impeccable customer service and hospitality skills

  • 2. SALES CONSULTANT - PREMIUM INTERNATIONAL BRAND :

    The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of the boutique, delivering an exceptional

  • 3. LUXURY SALES CONSULTANT :

    The Luxury Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and profit in their identified area of business

    and supporting the overall boutique performance. The associate is also responsible for delivering an

    outstanding customer experience by keeping the boutique environment organised and by offering a

    friendly and efficient service.

    Job responsibilities

  • Offer guests a memorable experience at all times
  • Always being aware of guests needs, showing enthusiasm for the brand and product
  • Consistently greet customers and educate them on current promotions
  • Recommend, select and help locate products based on guests needs and desires
  • Assists guests in fitting rooms to ensure proper sizing, colour and fit
  • Maintain the proper display of products in the boutique, ensuring they comply with brand standards
  • The ideal candidate
