Our Client, Value Retail, Owner of La Roca Village, needs to incorporate a Digital Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Spain Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will support the local Marketing team in database maximisation, integrated web marketing campaigns to drive traffic and footfall, and growing Bicester Village's presence and visibility online.
1. Database maximisation
Grow the customer database through data capture at all possible points, working in conjunction with the local and central teams;
Management of local Village 'Loyalty' Clubs.
2. Web / online strategy implementation
Be an online specialist with knowledge and enthusiasm to be an advocate of the web, with some technical understanding of online applications and web functionality;
Creation of Integrated Marketing campaigns with the marketing team, i.e. offline / online;
Test and QA new applications for websites and digital campaigns;
Identify and develop online consumer marketing opportunities / initiatives; communications through email, SMS, online PR, viral campaigns to name a few;
be aware of opportunities with SEM and SEO in particular Google adwords - and be able to advise on optimizing content;
Co-ordinate and prepare creative, including relevant and personalised copy and segmentation analysis for B2C campaigns (emails, SMS);
Be responsible for promoting the use of new and innovative technology, whilst compiling competitor reports in order to ensure that our local online marketing activity is consistently at the forefront and relevant to local consumers;
Analysis of website traffic and campaign ROI using tools in place such as Google Analytics and using analytics to better understand consumer behaviour and to target and optimise future campaigns;
Work with the central Digital and local Marketing teams to integrate marketing, advertising and PR across all platforms;
Carry out research into local digital and consumer trends;
Provide strong reporting on local campaign analysis and ROI for all digital campaigns such as email, display advertising, buzz, online PR, partnerships, etc.
3. BV online presence
Develop visibility in social media, including Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Facebook, MySpace, Delicious, tagging, blogs, Twitter and other sites of interest -
build and engage with communities;
Research and monitor local buzz for social media sites such as Facebook, blogs, Twitter, and local equivalents for reporting;
Help monitor, organise and create video content for the websites and blogs, including uploading and placing on the various appropriate sites online;
Source local sites for online PR purposes (recommendation sites, directory listings).
Train, manage and mentor the Marketing Team Assistant;
Oversee the Marketing Team Assistant's daily tasks : keeping the site constantly updated and fresh in relation to product, promotions, events, local areas of interest, as well as using creative copywriting skills to write new copy and respond to challenging questions posed by the general public in the forums, blogs or boards.

EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL COMPANIES (3 / 4 years)
English : C1.
