Our client, MultinationalRetail Company, needs to incorporate : Concierge Work Experience (ArabicSpeakers)
IMPORTANT : An InternshipAgreement with any University or Study Centre is mandatory.
Supervises the VIP room for the Villagewhich is aligned with the Village’s overall Hospitality and Guest Servicesstrategies, mission, vision & values together with the Marketing- and Retaildepartments.
Knowing the guest toindividualize services. Using Guest Profile information or previous experience.
Delivers consistent service toVIP guests either in the lounge or in the village.
Making guests’requests a reality. Acting as team member support to achieve the goals of theguest.
Ensure that all guest commentsand complaints are properly recorded, reacted on and resolved.
Maintain an up-to-date CRMdatabase for the Village that will allow us to communicate with our guestsefficiently and appropriately recording specific information in terms ofpreferences and personalinformation.
BACKGROUNDAND SKILLS :
Fluent in Arabic andSpanish.
Interested in GuestRelations positions, ideally hospitality.
Likes to provide serviceand gets motivated by providing excellence in service.
Demonstrates drive,resilience and flexibility when working in a dynamic and fast pacedenvironment.
Strong organisational skills,critical thinking skills and solution orientated.
Discreet &trustworthy, approachable, attentive and intuitive, proactive and able tomulti-task.
Ability to work in ateam environment and autonomously, hands-on profile and can-do attitude.
Decisive andcollaborative in equal measure.
Excellent verbal,written and interpersonal communication skills
