Glovo is looking for a talented CRM expert to join our Barcelona HQ. The CRM expert will create the tool to send automatic campaigns to all glovers globally through all types of channels (SMS, emails, WhatsApp.
The CRM expert should be able to face by himself any technical issue that he can encounter while doing the configuration of the program.
Analytical skills are required as the role is expected to significantly impact performance and drive overall company success.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical skills, technical CRM knowledge, operational excellence and problem-
solving. A person in this role is comfortable in an "all hands on" environment, loves solving problems and is able to thrive in a fast-
paced and execution focused environment.
