We’re looking for a Net Revenue Management (NRM) Business Analyst tojoin our team. You’ll act as an internal consultant to top management, and willbe responsible for creating growth strategies for Unilever through pricing andtrade spend excellence across all categories.


  • Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identifyprice realization gaps, highlight white spaces and ensure price-
  • pack executionto support the brand and portfolio strategy.

  • Evaluate consumer promotions strategies including alignment with brandobjectives, promotions responsiveness as well as ROI profile.
  • Recommend anoptimal promotion strategy.

  • Evaluate customer trade terms structure and propose improvements toensure alignment with portfolio strategy and act as an enabler for the marketexecution of the NRM program.
  • The position will be responsible for identifying conclusions throughin-depth analysis, using tools / frameworks and methodologies developed for thisprogram.
  • Develop methodologies in order to perform financial analyses andscenario development that will be the base for portfolio pricing simulationsand white space launches.
  • Collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customerand Finance teams throughout the NRM process to ensure strategy alignment andexecution.
  • Responsible for relationship management with key stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business / marketing / engineering oranother related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in an FMCG company or experiencein consulting.
  • Extensive knowledge on marketing, finance and operations, preferably inthe consumer goods industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • You’re a great team player, that creates an environment of enthusiasmand positivism
  • You have an endless drive to excel at all times as a team and as anindividual
  • Achiever with brainpower and stamina to develop and drive in-depthstrategy projects
  • Have excellent senior stakeholder management skills and are a flexibleand independent individual
  • Fluent English and Spanish skills are a must
