    ADP's international payroll services are delivered through selected network of specialist partners (being both ADP and non-

    ADP) located within each local country. Today ADP Streamline covers 100 countries worldwide. Role objective : This specialist role is to work, in conjunction with the global legislative compliance team, internal marketing / communications team and local subcontracting Partners, to review and confirm payroll related in-

    country bulletins provided by these parties for further publishing on the Client portal. This role will develop, maintain and formalize processes connected with this activity and further act in a capacity as a "global specialist" and reference for such information at a primary level to be able to give general guidance on country matters.

  • The main responsibilities include;
  • Acts as the ADP Streamline specialist related to payroll legislative updates
  • Leads the communications' publication process and ensure bulletins are clear
  • Assess potential impacts and monitors the accomplishment of the solution delivery plan
  • Provides and manages reporting status on legislative updates
  • Continuously seeks out effectiveness and excellence in service delivery II. Responsibilities : 1. Acts as the ADP streamline specialist related to payroll legislative updates a.
  • Central reference and contact point for Streamline countries b. Works in alignment with internal legislation team across ADP direct service countries c.

    Communicates with related groups through written and orally as subject matter expert 2. Leads the communications' publication process and ensure bulletins are clear a.

    Supervises that external bulletins are storing correctly in Streamline central tool b. Creates summaries from locally provided bulletins for HQ clients, highlighting the key information such as the actions to be performed by their subsidiaries based on the information provided c.

    Keeps updated stakeholders and contributors and gathers the required approvals d. Coordinates the publication in the internal & external sites in a timely fashion to the business 3.

    Assess potential impacts and monitors the accomplishment of the solution delivery plan a. Assess any potential significant impacts & risks that may affect local payroll services b.

    Leads the execution of the solution delivery plan : manages scheduling, committee meetings, follow-up communications with contributor teams c.

    Depending on the level of impact, prepares a first assessment with the aim of handover the lead of the execution to Business Continuity team 4.

    Provides and manages reporting status on legislative updates a. Tracks and keeps updated specific reports conjointly with other ADP teams 5.

    Continuously seeks out effectiveness and excellence in service delivery a. Proactively seeks out improvements in effectiveness and excellence the service delivery b.

    Creatively identifies approaches, defines, executes and monitors plans pursuing excellence in the delivery c. Creates guidelines, FAQs and support material about legislative updates III.

    Qualifications : General Skills :

  • Able to actively facilitate business meetings and executive interactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resilience and high ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Service oriented & flexible attitude, well organized and self-managed. Excellent relationship building skills.
  • International / multinational culture : Appreciation of cultural nuances and differences and their impact one effective communication.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage.

  • Data analysis skills. Ability to identify potential impacts and propose remediation plans.
  • Ability to learn "on the job" and make sound decisions under sometimes ambiguous circumstances. Experience :
  • Proven track record, in related or similar legislative matters
  • Law practitioner of more than 5 years, HR Legal is a plus
  • Experience in performing legislative research with third parties / internal sources
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with none or little supervision
  • Proved ability to prioritize workload set and achieves goals and work independently.
  • Manages several complex projects to successful completion, in particular influencing leaders without formal reporting relationship.
  • Professional able to effectively cope with change and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty, not upset, maintaining a positive attitude in difficult situations or when things are up in the air.
  • Can solve tough and complex problems through creative approaches; adds personal wisdom and experience to come to the best conclusion and solution.
  • Self-starter who proactively seeks out areas for improvement. Able to develop clear ideas what needs to be done in a highly dynamic, unstructured environment.
  • Works effectively with others, internally & externally at multiple levels of an organization, to achieve personal and team goals. Education :
  • BA / BS in Business Administration or liberal arts.
  • Law degree required
