The Operations team at Denodo is looking for a full time, experienced Business Systems Analyst. This role will carry the responsibility of administering the CRM, marketing automation tools, sales enablement tools, and other systems throughout the Denodo organization.
The Business Systems Analyst will also carry responsibility for training teams on the use of the supported systems.

This will be a new role within the Denodo Operations organizations. It will support our global Salesforce environment as well as all major integrations to the Salesforce platform.
Our organization is rapidly growing and will need systems and processes in place to support the exponential growth rate.

What we’re looking for :
An experienced Salesforce administrator
Apex development experience on the Force.com platform including the ability to write triggers, VisualForce pages, controllers, and integrations
Knowledge of AppExchange ecosystem
Experience deploying and supporting marketing automation systems
Experience deploying and supporting sales enablement tools such as SalesLoft
Familiarity with Lightening requirements and migration
Enjoys working in an agile team where things move quickly and priorities frequently shift
Very strong Excel competency
Strong Data Analysis Skills
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage both daily maintenance tasks such as adding new users, updating account and opportunity ownership and user support requests and strategic long-term projects.
Creation and Maintenance of Rep, Manager and Executive Reports and Dashboards
Approachable and confident interacting with diverse users
A natural communicator who knows how to translate between business requests and Salesforce technical requirements
Eager to pick up new tools and do the necessary research to master them
A hyper-organized individual who loves spreadsheets, timelines and dependencies
Able to stay focused on priorities despite being regularly interrupted by new requests
A consultative approach to working with internal stakeholders
Able to maintain Salesforce system with a keen eye toward user experience, process efficiency, and data integrity
Highly responsive to research production issues and resolve user problems as they are reported
Desired Skills & Experience
3-5+ years full-time Salesforce admin experience
Salesforce Administrator certification (please provide certification number with application)
2-3 years marketing automation experience (ActOn preferred)
Experience with Salesforce automation tools
Experience deploying CPQ / Cash-to-Quote within Salesforce
Familiarity with database governance best practices
Broad experience working with Marketing and Sales users and understanding of their diverse needs
Strong project management skills
Proficient in the English language
Nice to have :
Experience working with globally distributed teams
