Tasks :

  • Active monitoring of the orders OEMs
  • Coordinate with relevant resources
  • Telephone care of assigned customers
  • Study of backlog of specific customers
  • Study of stock dedicated to OEM customers
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in Administration (some technical knowledge would be appreciated)
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative tasks in sales (in administration department or similar)
  • Fluent English (both speaking and writing) and native level of Spanish
  • Knowledge of MS Office; Excel, Word, Access and SAP
  • Communication skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Initiative and Self-organized personality
  • Team collaboration
