Lead new projects research that could add value to Samsung as brand and as products development. Define research lines, analyze new proposals and trends, identify business and company needs, works in the state of the art
Lead, manage and ensure deployment of all projects developed in our R&D center. Define KPI, Coordinate project portfolio, ensure project planning.
Develop new relationships through corporate affairs, partners and increase network in the market and develop new alliances (government, stakeholders, partners, Telefónica .).
Influence in stakeholders, partners or Telefonica to develop and deploy technology edge projects.
Partner relationship to promote new trends or projects. Develop new strategically alliances.
Coordination contract deals (scope, forecast, technical environment, legal issues ).
P&L Management : Budget definition & control, monthly control and report.
Stimulate and push technological initiatives by the team. Feasibility analysis of the projects. HQ Presentations and explanation.
Coordinate development and deployment of HQ projects.
Extend and develop relationship with others R&D Centers and HQ.
Public Speaker for PR events.
Team management : MBO definition, Development plans, Manager evaluation, Manpower needs .

At least 12 years in R&D environment, leading a development department and with clear focus in develop new alliances and strategies.
Clear experience managing multidisciplinary team into Research centers and with Developers team.
Business Sense. Sense of the state of the art. Strong knowledge of technology trends.
Good communication skills To be successful in this role you ideally have : -(Please state the amount of industry experience required, skills required, academics and professional qualifications).
Have previous experience in leading development of Voice Assistant and have managed a multi-site teams and projects would be advantageous.
