We are currently looking for a Product Manager for the chines market to work in our Massimo Dutti Headquarters.
The main Functions will be
Commercial Management of the assigned Massimo Dutti stores
Properly decide how to distribute the convenient collections for each country
Ongoing analysis of sales in the corresponding markets and monitoring the degree to which sales targets are met. Specific monitoring in the case of new product launches or sales with 0 or slow sales.
Responsibility for setting up plans of action in accordance with the results.
To define and implement the seasonal sales management, planning optimum stock levels, defining the price reduction strategy and the communication signs to be applied in compliance with country legislation
Analyze out competitors
Make sure our product fits into the local market
Point of contact : to maintain a constant flow of communication with the country teams in order to receive feedback from the stores (customers, markets, products) and implement plans of action to ensure effective product management, providing solutions and unifying criteria.
Fluid communication with the Buying departments and the Area Managers
Intermediate or High School training.
Fluent English, Chinese and Spanish is highly appreciated
Understanding of the assigned markets : Costumer Profile, Competitors, trends
Sensitivity for a Massimo Dutti product and an identification with the brand’s style
Excellent analytical Skills
Perfect command of Excel
