What you would do

  • First Level technical support of the following products : printer, scanner, digital camera, data- and video-projectors among others, for consumers and business customers
  • Presales support and provide accurate information about the products
  • Reseller support
  • Up-selling of consumables, extended warranties and accessories, both from converting inbound calls into a sale and through follow-
  • up calls of a selected customer base

    What we are offering

  • Full-time (39hrs / week) and Obra y Servicio contract
  • Schedule : Monday Friday 09.00h 18.00h

  • What we are looking for

  • Dutch native speaker with fluent English
  • Profound knowledge of Windows OS and other operating systems
  • Good knowledge of applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and / or other relevant applicants
  • Profund knowledge of hardware components
  • Very good understanding of technical issues
  • Experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone or E-mail
  • Preferentially strong technical background or technical formation
  • Experience in troubleshooting guidelines
  • Strong sales focus
