Remarketing Advisor Our RemarketingAdvisors are a key part of our mission to accelerate the world’s transition tosustainable transportation.

Tesla is looking to reinvent the carbuying experience, and we are looking for innovators to help us in thisendeavor. As a Remarketing Advisor for Tesla, you will have the opportunity todeliver on our trade in strategy to drive new & used Tesla sales.

A RemarketingAdvisor will partner with local sales, delivery and remarketing team members torevolutionize the customer experience around purchasing a Tesla.

You will work closely alongside many different disciplines,but as a Remarketing Advisor your true north is external & internal customerdelight and to support sales results.

A sharpened sense of ownership,efficiency and accuracy is required for all trade in valuations processed.

Responsibilities

  • Assists theNew & Used car team in all trade-in vehicle transactions in the assignedmarket / region
  • Produce tradein valuations for Tesla & Non Tesla, utilizing a combination of valuationplatforms, calculators and wholesale resources as required in less than 30 minsper transaction
  • Recordsinformation and ensures data quality in and other record keeping systems
  • Trains &refresh train periodically all Sales & Product specialists on how toutilize valuation platforms and how to sell & position trade in values tocustomers
  • Report onweekly / monthly & quarterly basis exceptions by Sales Advisor / Store / Region ratios of trade in requests / tied to order and actual receipt to drive performance
  • In conjunctionwith the local Remarketing Manager, looks for opportunities to communicate howto improve our ratios of trade in’s to Sales and seeks feedback from Sales onhow Remarketing can improve its service
  • Coordinatingand managing Remarketing partners and Wholesalers through use of service levelagreements and Salesforce reporting
  • Identifyingbest practice improvements within the remarketing processes to driveefficiency, cost and customer experience
  • Self-starter

  • Proven abilityto work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Ability toprioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines
  • Strong written& verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor to the audience
  • Superiorattention to detail under tight deadlines and comfortable in a fast pacedworking environment
  • Ability todevelop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trustedpartner that others want to work with
  • Willingness towork on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
  • Ability towork across multiple computer systems; experience witha plus,experience with MS Office required
  • Bachelor’sDegree preferred. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience
  • Strong verbaland written communications skills are a must
  • Fluent inlocal language & English both verbal & written, additional languages aplus
  • Driver’sLicense with a clean driving record for a minimum of 2 years
