ABOUT THE ROLE The Supply Chain Finance Controller will be the person responsible to prepare the Supply Chain annual budget, as well as the ongoing R&O during the year for the clusters assigned.
He / she will then compare with actuals and report accordingly with clear explanations on deviations. He / she will become an active Business Partner to the Southern Europe Supply Chain Directors challenging the teams with fact based analysis.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide executive level financial information on clusters assigned to enhance transparency and improve cost management.
o Budget planning and execution including assumptions review, reconciliation to plan savings targets, input into TM1 reporting system.
o Assigned West Europe clusters performance review and tracking : month end supply chain performance review including roll-
up of detail data into actionable management information as well as identification of Risks and Opportunities for remainder of yearo Ensure Logistics provisions accuracy and alignment Provide support on projects in clusters assigned : o Assist Project Managers in the PM processo Monitor & Control of projects (measure project performance & communication management)o Lead monthly review meetings with stakeholders and Regional SC Director Supply Chain Data analysis to support cost improvement and operational efficiency o Work with tools (e.
g. SAP, spotfire etc) to create insights into supply chain costs and operations.o Present clear analysis based business cases and / or projects for cost improvement Support contract or trade terms optimization and standardization across the region o Review and propose 3PL contract terms and build standardizationo Work on tender processes to gain the best deal and facilitate clear and quick conclusionso Work with the business if needed on trade term amendmentsInventory reporting (vol / $)Manage & monitor POS costs and reinvoicing to A&PManage & monitor market write offs risks (provision, releases,...)
