Your mission is to drive growth in Scoot ridership in Madrid and promote Scoot user engagement with strategic marketing and customer development.

You’ll join a mission-driven marketing team, working to build Scoot as the brand that provides Electric Vehicles for Everyone.


  • Lead all marketing for Scoot’s mobile apps including strategic planning and execution in Madrid
  • Plan and execute network launch, and product features in a way that resonates with local Barcelona consumers and differentiates Scoot from the category and delivers growth and engagement KPIs to plan.
  • Partner closely with Scoot brand agencies to ensure messaging helps reinforce the Scoot brand.

  • Build close working relationships with the product team in order to co-create a shared vision across product + marketing for apps and engaging features.
  • Execute on both paid and un-paid marketing campaigns, A / B tests, and programs from conception to launch, spanning all channels (eg.
  • app store, on site, email, social, etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing at Scoot HQ to ensure paid channel marketing is optimized for local Madrid channels and audiences, maximizing learning and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the Scoot Data Science team to experiment strategically, optimize channels fro retention, track progress and share learning.
  • Translate consumer insights into compelling experiences, marketing Scoot’s products for growth and engagement.
  • Who you are

  • 7+ years in consumer marketing , with a strong emphasis in performance and engagement marketing.
  • Well versed in the best practices for analytics, customer development and growth .
  • Driven by consumer insights; you know how to tap into what consumers really care about to define use cases, and execute with effective strategies, messaging, and creative campaigns.
  • You will be managing a team responsible for social media, content development and community management and sales / biz dev growth opportunities.
  • Cross functional leader and collaborator, equally adept at building relationships with product managers, creative teams, engineers, and data scientists.
  • You are a creative and tenacious problem solver who sweats the details.
  • This role reports in to the General Manager, Madrid.
