Act as focal point for internal customers’ operational issues : channels complaints, claims & requests (internal and external customers redirected from COD / MSC), providing information and support required.
Collaborate with the 3PL in the identification and implementation of process improvements, ensuring successful deployment by rising risks and escalating blocking points.
Collaborate with TASMX, contributing to the system and process continuous improvement activity.
Assess the performance of the 3PL provider on a regular basis and proposes corrective actions based on the situations encountered.
Attend and organize regular meetings with the 3PL coordinator to discuss results of KPI performance and to follow-up the impact of corrective / improvement actions proposed to achieve required targets.
Control SAP Inventory status : movements between internal warehouses, stock in transit, stock with discrepancies, delayed deliveries, etc.
Under request of the HO Customer Services Logistics, execute himself / herself special or specific activities not subcontracted to the 3PL.
Validate the KPIs reported in the Warehouse Dashboard, follows up them & controls possible deviations, rising risks to the TASMO1 Manager.
Perform internal audit to control quality of work delivered by the 3PL and to assure external audit satisfactory pass.
Collaborate with DISC as process experts to test solutions and new developments.
Support on TASMO1 offers, quotations and other kind of analysis requested by the different customers
Support on warehouse digitalization projects
