The international project ModelBank is multi-cultural and cross-business, and is developing a borderless,scalable, retail platform uniting Spain, Italy, France, Czech Republic.
1. Adhere to a top notchtransformation team that manages transformation across countries and pillars inscope :
Collaborate with the workbetween different teams at different locations.
Collaborate on correctiveactions where necessary.
2. Support on the executionof Change Management delivery and implementation deliverables :
Collaborate on the analysis andunderstanding of Model Bank processes and their developments.
Support the definition of bothemployee and customer journeys for the different Model Bank process.
Collaborate on the trainingneeds and engagement for the countries' key stakeholders.
Support the systemscertification and adoption by the countries.
Support tasks in JIRA andConfluence.
Complexity of processes anddevelopments within the different 4 countries will require significant analysisand understanding effort.
Team configuration andexpertise on different variety of processes, developments, systems and targetaudience.
Different cultures across thecountries will also imply a challenge on the daily basis work.
Required : Technical :
Full Time Bachelor Degree inEngineering / Business Administration.
Microsoft Office tools.

Requires analysis and solvingof low complex problems. May understand the problem and propose possible newsolutions.
Requires understanding of thestrategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
