Tu nueva empresa One of the most recognised multinational consumer electronics company. Tu nuevo puesto As an Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for managing the direct website performance across a number of their key products.

You must have a strong analytical mind with good commercial drive and excellent attention to detail. - Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Digital Transformation in delivering the roadmap and ensuring the overall targets are being met.

Responsible for the delivery of planned sales performance by ensuring that products are available on the company s website in the correct quantities, at the appropriate time and point in the customer journey.

Drive acquisition and monetisation initiatives to ensure we meet our targets. Recognise underperforming lines, acting where necessary to clear stock via onsite merchandising and / or scheduled campaigns and promotional activity.

Work closely with the merchandising manager to ensure we have the right functionality in place to maximise the merchandising and promotional opportunities.

Seasonal planning of key KPI's including sales, margins, conversion and working in conjunction with Digital Marketing to accurately forecast traffic.

Manages all eCommerce analytics, setting and reporting useful KPI benchmarks and metrics. Analyses customer purchasing behavior and related demographics to improve sales.

Monitors performance and drive improvements to exceed targets. Propose seasonal markdown pricing and in season promotions.

Forecast sales performance and work with marketing and retail to execute these campaigns. Provide weekly, monthly and seasonal trading data, to be used in conjunction with insight from Digital team, testing and web analytics to drive website performance.

Formulate a seasonal product calendar / strategy taking into consideration bestsellers, brand, events, online initiatives and markdowns.

Manage Ecommerce team ensuring website content and products are displayed in a timely manner to maximise sales whilst maintaining premium brand presentation.

Top level management of budgets, monitoring spend across the Ecommerce P&L, approving invoices and reallocating budget if / when trading requires.

Maintain an awareness of competitor activity and report back at weekly meetings. Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto

  • Experience working with Hybris and Adobe.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Target y Adobe Analytics.
  • Demonstrable expertise in data-driven optimisation of eCommerce experiences.
  • A high level of experience in managing and delivering a product roadmap; driving commercial, system, network and operational process changes.
  • Experience of using insight & analytics to drive eCommerce development.
  • Knowledge and experience with the technical side of eCommerce, being comfortable talking to developers to translate ideas and give clear direction.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in an Ecommerce or Online Sales environment.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviour across digital platforms.
