The overallAgile organization is using the following principles : Tribes, Squads, Chaptersand Communities of Expertise.
In a Squad,the members (from 5 to 9) all sit together to design, develop, test, andrelease to production a valuable software.
In the Squad, the Product Ownerpriorities the work.
The Tribeis a collection of Squads (limited to 100 people) that work in related areas.
The Chapteris a transversal regroupment by similar skills or general competency area. TheChapter Lead is responsible for developing people and setting salaries butremain part of Squad and does day to day work.
TheCommunity of Expertise is a group of people that want to share knowledge,tools, code, and practices.
TheContinuous Delivery Expert is a member of a Squad - itself in a Tribe - , andChapter. Depending on the need and profile, he / she can also be part of aCommunity of Expertise.
As a memberof the Squad, the Continuous Delivery Expert contribute to all type of tasks ofthe team such as Analyse, Design, Code, Test, Build, Release and Support.
The day today work is done the Agile way following Scrum, Kanban, XP or any other goodbest practices.
Theobjective of the CDaaS joint team is to create and maintain the DeliveryPipleine for Model Bank.
As part ofthe Squad the objective of the Continuous Delivery Expert, is :

Major responsibility areas
Refine the user stories and tasksinto subtasks doable in less that 2 days by Squad member.
Refine the acceptance criteria
Code with the following criteria :
The coding is specifically aboutautomating any process or action done manually by Agile teams
Met the Acceptance criteria with asmuch test automation as possible
Respect Maker / Checker Principle
The Backlog is the Product Owner reponsibility, but any team member can help him / her :
Generate working software release
Work in a moving context.
Having simple and innovativesolutions to overcome problems.
Learn and share both functional and technical knowledge.
Collectively share responsibility indecisions and implementation of Squad objectives.
Be able to build a Delivery Pipelinethat is both scalable by application, and by bank monolith .
