An excellent opportunity for a Recent Gradute OR Last Year Student engineer to undertake an internship within the Marketing department in Airbus Defence and Space Barajas.

Tareas y Misiones principales - Responsabilidades

BASIC PURPOSE

The jobholder will provide help to the HO Competitive Intelligence and CI Marketing Managers (plus eventually Strategic Marketing Managers in case of specific needs at a given moment) in the different tasks developed at Strategic Marketing level.

At the same time will learn the different scope of tasks developed in Marketing Dept day-to-day life.

DIMENSIONS

  • Data collection and basic analysis for Competitive Intelligence (CI) purposes.
  • Production of standard or ad-hoc Competitive Intelligence output according to the specific needs of the department at every moment.
  • Contribution to the Competitors monitoring and up-keeping of the Competitor’s database.
  • Competitive Analysis.

  • Defining, developing and managing an operational analysis function for competitors’ products and potential new developments supporting Marketing Managers.
  • Assistance to the elaboration of the Military Aircraft Industry Profiles (MAIP)

  • Continuous update of the MAlP Booklet (Military Aircraft competition Profiles).
  • New Industry Profiles production if required.
  • Assistance to the elaboration of the Competitors Database

  • Continuous update of the Database (including organization, financials and products).
  • Shaping and improving the database if required.
  • This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

    Habilidades requeridas

    All Trainees at Marketing Dept should have a college degree in engineering, (ideally Aerospace), economics, or a sound technical education, complemented with deep knowledge of English (other foreign languages like French would be a plus).

    No specific experience is requested.

    Interest for Commercial and Marketing activities, good communication skills, appropriate management of Microsoft Office tools (especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel), and a lively spirit for working in a multicultural team (and diverse background) will be also highly appreciated.
