What you become part of :

You will project manage all multimarket projects and high profile complex single market projects to support individual BU’s as required.

Providing technical advice, guidance and support to nominated partner’ BU team and central KO team to support the sharing and application of innovation best practice

This job family manage the supply, storage, transport and distribution of equipment, materials and goods as well as the organisation's manufacturing and production operations.

  • Activities include assembly; materials control and planning; managing supplier relationships; logistics and supply-chain management;
  • purchasing; and inventory control.

    What to expect :

    Project manage Multi-BU New Product Development and implementation across multiple countries

  • Responsible for coordinating BU teams in multiple BU NPD from preliminary business case to implementation ensuring all required alignments and approvals at CCEP and KO central and local levels
  • Project manage complex / ’white space’ innovation projects in close collaboration with KO Commercialisation teams

  • Responsible for the design and execution of project management solutions for complex / high profile individual BU projects (as and when technical assistance is requested by the relevant senior leadership teams) and the management of the appropriate senior level communication and governance routines
  • Support and guide the consistent application of the best practice commercialisation framework for CCEP in partner BU

  • Support local teams and local PMO in the consistent application of best practice Stage and Gate (CIF) principles for effective innovation decision making and prioritisation
  • In collaboration with other Central Commercialisation BU Business Partners and KO Commercialisation establish and facilitate regular routines to ensure sharing of technical best practice, shared learnings and risk governance implications with local Commercialisation teams in partner BU
  • Provide technical input and guidance for the TCCC team at WEBU level (Brand or Technical) or CCEP at european or local level in the development of LRP / ABP proposals & solutions for partner BU

  • Ensures a proper understanding of potential impact within CCEP and potential opportunities or constraints
  • Supports the investigation, evaluation and development of potential LRP solutions
  • Provide advice and coaching for BU SC leads / BU Commercialization teams in the design and execution of commercialization projects to be managed locally

    Maintain oversight of the Innovation funnel within partner BU and through communication and collaboration with Business Partner colleagues, ensure the identification of harmonisation and synergy opportunities across CCEP to support CCEP growth targets

    Remit of the role extends over multiple geographies (Spain, Portugal, Germany, Iceland, GB, France, BeLux, NL, Sweden, Norway)
